Goals and Planning 

In this course the student will learn to develop a Holy Spirit led personal growth plan, a ministry plan from a leadership perspective and discover KPI’s (Kingdom Productivity Indicators).  Goals will be set; strategies will be executed, and effectiveness measured in a grace filled context.  Leaders will know where they are going, how to get there and practical skills that can be used every day in achieving their God given Vision.
