Building and Leading Teams 

Course Description

Learning to discover, develop and deploy disciples of Christ is the goal of this course.  Understanding team dynamics, the value and voice of each person and how to shape a team for growing together will be a special emphasis.  You will learn to adopt the characteristics of a team leader who encourages and equips the saints for the work of the ministry.  You will obtain a special skill set for managing conflict and working through relational tensions.
